7 Days Exchange or Refund Policy – Mmall.us

We want you to have the best shopping experience at Mmall. Please read the following policy carefully before making a purchase:

1. Return & Exchange Timeline

  • Products can only be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.

  • After 7 days, returns or exchanges will not be entertained.

  • If your item is defective or you wish to exchange it, a complaint must be filed on the same day of receiving the order. Complaints made after that will not be entertained.

2. Defective Product Reporting

  • If you've received a defective or incorrect item, please notify us immediately.

  • Kindly share clear images and your order details with our customer service team.

3. Size & Product Description

  • All measurements including length and width are clearly mentioned on the product page.

  • Complaints regarding size or length will not be accepted if the description was provided on the website.

  • "Change of Mind" is not a valid reason for return or exchange.

  • Please verify your size and product details before placing the order—Mmall will not be held responsible for size-related issues.

4. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be initiated within 7–10 business days after the returned article has been received and inspected.

  • Returned items must be in their original packaging, unused, and include all original tags and receipt.

  • Products must be returned in a new, saleable condition.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

5. Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

  • Sale items are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

  • Exchanges are only allowed in cases of:

    • Manufacturing defects

    • Wrong item shipped

    • Size mismatch (if different from what was ordered)

  • Sale items, items without original tags, used items, or damaged items caused by the customer will not be accepted.

6. Product Color & Accessories Disclaimer

  • Product colors may vary slightly due to lighting during photography or your device’s screen settings.

  • Any additional fabric, laces, or patches used during shoots are listed in the product description only.

  • Products will not be eligible for return/exchange based on missing accessories unless explicitly mentioned in the listing.

7. Stock Availability

  • All exchanges are subject to stock availability.

  • If there is a price difference, the customer will be required to pay the additional amount before processing.
