- Orders that have already been processed for shipment or shipped cannot be cancelled.
How to Cancel
- Send us your order number and request cancellation within the allowed time frame.
- Upon receiving your cancellation request within 24 hours, we will confirm cancellation and refund processing.
Refunds
- If your order is successfully cancelled before shipment, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
- Refunds may take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account depending on the payment provider.
Exceptions
- Customised or personalised products cannot be cancelled once the order is confirmed.
- Orders placed using promotional vouchers or during flash sales are subject to specific cancellation terms disclosed at checkout.
