At Mmall USA, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you wish to cancel your order, please review our cancellation policy below.

Order Cancellation

  • You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.
  • Cancellation requests must be submitted by contacting our Customer Service via email at support@mmall.us.
  • Orders that have already been processed for shipment or shipped cannot be cancelled.

How to Cancel

  • Send us your order number and request cancellation within the allowed time frame.
  • Upon receiving your cancellation request within 24 hours, we will confirm cancellation and process the refund.

Refunds

  • If your order is successfully cancelled before shipment, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account depending on your payment provider.

Exceptions

  • Customized or personalized products cannot be cancelled once the order is confirmed.
  • Orders placed using promotional vouchers or during flash sales are subject to specific cancellation terms disclosed at checkout.
