Order Cancellation

You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.
Cancellation requests must be submitted by contacting our Customer Service via email at support@mmall.us or through our live chat.
Orders that have already been processed for shipment or shipped cannot be cancelled.

How to Cancel

Send us your order number and request cancellation within the allowed time frame.
Upon receiving your cancellation request within 24 hours, we will confirm cancellation and refund processing.

Refunds

If your order is successfully cancelled before shipment, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Refunds may take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account depending on the payment provider.

Exceptions

Customised or personalised products cannot be cancelled once the order is confirmed.
Orders placed using promotional vouchers or during flash sales are subject to specific cancellation terms disclosed at checkout.

By accessing or using Mmall.us (the “Site”) or the Mmall mobile application (the “App”), collectively referred to as the “Platform,” you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy and Returns & Refund Policy. Mmall.us provides a platform for users to browse and purchase products listed by various sellers at indicated prices. Mmall acts solely as a facilitator and is not directly involved in the transaction or contract between buyers and sellers.

You acknowledge that:

The purchase contract is strictly between you and the seller.
For online payments, the transaction is between you, the payment gateway provider, and/or your card-issuing bank.

Mmall is not responsible for any transaction-related issues between users and third-party payment providers or sellers.

5. Platform Availability

We aim to maintain continuous access to the Platform. However, due to technical, maintenance, or upgrade reasons, access may occasionally be interrupted or suspended. Mmall will not be held liable for any disruption or delay in service.

6. User License

By using the Platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or using the Platform under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

Mmall grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Platform strictly for personal shopping purposes. Commercial use or use on behalf of a third party is strictly prohibited unless explicitly authorized in writing by Mmall.

You must not use the Platform in any way that causes, or is likely to cause, the Platform or access to it to be interrupted, damaged or impaired in any way. You must not engage in activities that could harm or potentially harm the Platform, its employees, officers, representatives, stakeholders or any other party directly or indirectly associated with the Platform. You are responsible for all electronic communications and content sent from your computer to us, and you must use the Platform for lawful purposes only. 9. YOUR SUBMISSION

Anything submitted to the Platform, including comments, suggestions, or reviews, becomes the sole property of Mmall. You grant Mmall the right to use the name and content submitted. You must not use false credentials or impersonate others. Mmall may remove submissions without notice.

10. CLAIMS AGAINST OBJECTIONABLE CONTENT

Mmall hosts a wide range of user-submitted content. If you believe any content is illegal or violates these terms (e.g. racist, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or threatening to national security), notify us at info@m mall.us with complete details (including identity of the objecting party, proof, and contact info). Incomplete complaints may not be processed.

11. CLAIMS AGAINST INFRINGING CONTENT

If your intellectual property is being infringed, contact info@m mall.us with all relevant proof. False claims may lead to legal action. Mmall respects IP rights but does not mediate exclusive distributor disagreements.

12. TRADEMARKS AND COPYRIGHTS

Mmall.us, Mmall, Mmall logo, and other visual assets are trademarks or trade dress of Mmall. These must not be used without permission or in any misleading way. All content and code on the Platform remain Mmall's property and are protected by copyright laws.

You use the Platform at your own risk. Mmall does not guarantee product quality, safety, legality, or merchantability and is not responsible for seller behavior. All content is provided “as is,” and Mmall shall not be liable for any damages arising from product use or platform interaction.

14. INDEMNITY

You agree to indemnify Mmall, its parent company, affiliates, and employees from claims or actions arising from your breach of these terms or applicable laws.

15. THIRD PARTY BUSINESSES

28. RESELLING Mmall PRODUCTS

Reselling Mmall products for business purposes is strictly prohibited. If any unauthorized individual is found engaging in such activity, Mmall reserves the right to take legal action.

29. TAXES

You are responsible for the payment of all fees, costs, and charges associated with the purchase of products from the Platform. You also agree to bear all applicable taxes in accordance with prevailing law.

30. COMMUNICATING WITH US

By visiting the Platform or communicating with us via email, SMS, or phone, you agree to receive communications from Mmall electronically. You must provide a valid phone number when placing an order. Mmall shall not be held responsible for delays or failure to meet our obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, strikes, cyberattacks, or any unforeseeable circumstances.

34. WAIVER

You acknowledge that Mmall is a private commercial entity and reserves the right to conduct business to meet its objectives as it sees fit. If you breach any condition on the Platform and we choose not to act, Mmall still retains the right to exercise its remedies in future situations where you breach these conditions.

36. REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES

Mmall makes no specific representations or warranties as to the quality, value, or merchantability of products or services sold by third parties. We do not endorse or support any product listings or services sold by Sellers on the Platform. Mmall is not responsible for any non-performance, delayed services, or disputes arising between Buyers and Sellers. All transactions and obligations are solely between you and the Seller. Mmall does not own the goods and assumes no legal rights or liabilities in such cases.

Errors in pricing, stock availability, or descriptions due to technical or typographical issues may occur, and Mmall reserves the right to cancel any such orders without prior notice. Any payments made in such cases will be refunded as per our refund policy.
