For online payments, the transaction is between you, the payment gateway provider, and/or your card-issuing bank.

Anything submitted to the Platform, including comments, suggestions, or reviews, becomes the sole property of Mmall. You grant Mmall the right to use the name and content submitted. You must not use false credentials or impersonate others. Mmall may remove submissions without notice.
Mmall hosts a wide range of user-submitted content. Incomplete complaints may not be processed.

Mmall is not responsible for any non-performance, delayed services, or disputes arising between Buyers and Sellers. All transactions and obligations are solely between you and the Seller. Mmall does not own the goods and assumes no legal rights or liabilities in such cases.
Errors in pricing, stock availability, or descriptions due to technical or typographical issues may occur, and Mmall reserves the right to cancel any such orders without prior notice. Any payments made in such cases will be refunded as per our refund policy.
