By accessing or using Mmall.us (the “Site”) or the Mmall mobile application (the “App”), collectively referred to as the “Platform,” you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy and Returns & Refund Policy. Please read these Terms carefully before using the Platform.

1. Introduction

Welcome to Mmall.us (“Mmall,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). We operate an online marketplace, and these Terms govern your access to and use of the Platform, including all related websites, mobile applications, services, and tools.

This Platform is owned and operated by MUST Services LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Texas, with its principal place of business in Austin, Texas, United States.

4. Platform Use and Transactions

Mmall.us provides a platform for users to browse and purchase products. For online payments, the transaction is processed by our payment gateway providers and/or your card-issuing bank. Mmall is not responsible for any transaction-related issues arising from third-party payment providers.

5. Platform Availability

We aim to maintain continuous access to the Platform. However, due to technical, maintenance, or upgrade reasons, access may occasionally be interrupted or suspended. Mmall will not be held liable for any disruption or delay in service.

6. User License

By using the Platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or using the Platform under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

Mmall grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Platform strictly for personal shopping purposes. Commercial use or use on behalf of a third party is prohibited unless explicitly authorized in writing by Mmall.

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, or sell any part of the Platform or its content.
• Use bots, data mining tools, or similar techniques to extract content.
• Frame or mirror any part of the Platform without prior written consent.
• Use Mmall trademarks, logos, or proprietary content without express authorization.
• Register multiple accounts or impersonate another person or entity.

7. Product Information

All product details, including descriptions, prices, stock availability, and features, are provided to the best of our knowledge. Mmall does not guarantee the absolute accuracy or completeness of all information at all times, and prices/availability may change without notice.

8. Your Conduct

You must not use the Platform in any way that causes damage, interruption, or impairment to the Platform or other users. You are responsible for all communications sent from your account. You are prohibited from using the Platform:

• For fraudulent purposes or in connection with a criminal offense.
• To send any material that is illegal, abusive, deceptive, defamatory, obscene, or harmful.
• To upload viruses, malicious code, or harmful components.
• For purposes other than those intended by Mmall.

9. Your Submissions

Anything submitted to the Platform, including comments, reviews, or suggestions, becomes the property of Mmall. You grant Mmall the right to use the name and content submitted. Mmall may remove submissions at its discretion.

10. Intellectual Property

Mmall.us, the Mmall name, logo, and other visual assets are trademarks of MUST Services LLC. These must not be used without permission. All content and code on the Platform remain the property of Mmall and are protected by US copyright laws.

11. Disclaimer

You use the Platform at your own risk. All content is provided “as is.” Mmall shall not be liable for any damages arising from product use or platform interaction, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Mmall, its parent company MUST Services LLC, affiliates, and employees from claims or actions arising from your breach of these Terms or applicable laws.

13. Communications

By using the Platform, you consent to receive communications from Mmall (via email, SMS, or phone). Mmall may contact you regarding orders, support, and promotions in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.

16. Amendments

Mmall reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform implies acceptance of the latest version.

17. Termination

Mmall may terminate your account or access to the Platform at its discretion. You must stop using the Platform immediately after termination.
