You use the Platform at your own risk. All content is provided “as is.” Mmall shall not be liable for any damages arising from product use or platform interaction, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
You agree to indemnify Mmall, its parent company MUST Services LLC, affiliates, and employees from claims or actions arising from your breach of these Terms or applicable laws.
By using the Platform, you consent to receive communications from Mmall (via email, SMS, or phone). Mmall may contact you regarding orders, support, and promotions in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Mmall may terminate your account or access to the Platform at its discretion. You must stop using the Platform immediately after termination.
