By accessing or using Mmall.us (the “Site”) or the Mmall mobile application (the “App”), collectively referred to as the “Platform,” you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy and Returns & Refund Policy. Mmall.us provides a platform for users to browse and purchase products. For online payments, the transaction is processed by our payment gateway providers and/or your card-issuing bank. Mmall is not responsible for any transaction-related issues arising from third-party payment providers.
We aim to maintain continuous access to the Platform. However, due to technical, maintenance, or upgrade reasons, access may occasionally be interrupted or suspended. Mmall will not be held liable for any disruption or delay in service.

Mmall.us, the Mmall name, logo, and other visual assets are trademarks of MUST Services LLC. These must not be used without permission. All content and code on the Platform remain the property of Mmall and are protected by US copyright laws.
You use the Platform at your own risk. All content is provided “as is.” Mmall shall not be liable for any damages arising from product use or platform interaction, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
You agree to indemnify Mmall, its parent company MUST Services LLC, affiliates, and employees from claims or actions arising from your breach of these Terms or applicable laws.
By using the Platform, you consent to receive communications from Mmall (via email, SMS, or phone). Mmall may contact you regarding orders, support, and promotions in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.
Mmall reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform implies acceptance of the latest version.
Mmall may terminate your account or access to the Platform at its discretion. You must stop using the Platform immediately after termination.
